    when i enable DHCP, the camera wants to reboot, but changes the ip address and locks up is this what you mean by 'reserve the dhcp address'

    changed port from 8150 to 8000 in camera software, rebooted device, and saved set up single port forwarding in router to 8000 for internal and external changed port on nvms7000 software on cell received connection failed message
