I'm using BI 4.1.7.2 and I can't get the trigger camera group feature to work. I checked the settings and both camera A and B are assigned to the same group. Anything else I need to check?

I have a DS-2CD2432F-IW camera, which came with firmware version v5.2.0_140721 (Multi Language). I was having some issues lately and decided to reinstall the same firmware again but I made a huge mistake by uploading the same version from Hikvision's website...

The same HTTP port is set at the router, hikvision, and BI. In fact, the http port works because I'm able to access the camera's by using it's IP and newly assigned port (192.168.1.38:8082). Another observation is that in BI, if I purposely enter the wrong port for PTZ I get the following...
