Just received Dahua IPC-HDBW1420E, ConfigTool does not find it. Advanced IP Scanner finds it at 192.168.1.108. My Motorola router is 192.168.0.XX. IE "Can not reach this page". iSpy users forum was not much help, but one post did send me to the Dahua wiki site where I was able to acquire the RTSP path needed. I did as you suggested and downloaded Blue Iris, where setup is more involved, but, with some hit and miss during configuring I am able to view and record...

Solved - See my last post. New Dahua IPC-HFW1320S video jumps in real time and playback. Using iSpy software and Dell laptop. IPCC camera on same network does not jump. Both cameras are directly wired using cat5e cable to router. See example on YouTube at:
