I have Hikvision NVR connected by wire to TP-LINK router, Hikvision camera connected to NVR by wire. All works fine. But when I try to connect to NVR from notebook by wi-fi I can only do this by local IP of NVR or by external IP but only when connected to that wi-fi. For example if I connect to...

Problem solved. Did not have port forwarding for media.

Hello! I have NVR and IP Camera Hikvision. I also have Airport Time Capsule router. I can go to local address of NVR and see camera, I also can see camera by external IP. But when adding it in iVMS-4500 it says "Receiving data from device timed out". I have iOS. What to do? Thanks!
