Hi, Everyone

This is my first time posted in forum. (sorry for my English)

My setup 16 cameras are

1. DS-7616NI K2/16P (FW : V3.4.98 build171121) = 1 nvr

2. DS-2CD2T42WD-I5 (FW : V5.5.53_Build180730) = 7 cameras

3. DS-2CD2342WD-I (FW : V5.5.53_Build180730) = 6 cameras

4. DS-2CD2142FWD-IS (FW : V5.5.53_Build180730) = 2 cameras

5. DS-2CD2442FWD (FW : V5.5.53_Build180730) = 1 Cameras (connect via IP address)

6. CAT6 600mhz (Local brand but good reputation, here the link https://www.interlink.co.th/upload/product//US-9116.pdf)

Problem

I have a problem only 1 camera (2CD2T42WD) there is no active light on port, no blinking light (green and yellow). This camera to nvr is less than 15 meter. (most far camera is 25 meter)

What have I done check are

1. Cable tester (cheap tester) all the light are sequential, no jumping or missing.

2. Check camera by remove from installation point and use pre-made cable, camera is work fine

3. Switch camera between 2 point, still not working but another one from problem point is working.

4. Re-cramp RJ45 plug (2 ends point), Still have same problem

5. USE external POE adaptor, camera is working (this poe adaptor here)

Update (forget to mention)

6. I switch problem camera to all another port that another camera work, Still have problem

Is there something wrong with my cable or nvr or another?

This is puzzling. When the problem camera works with the pre-made cable, are you using the same NVR port that the non-working cable is using?

Are you using the 568B wiring standard?

Looks to me like you've gone through all the necessary logical steps to isolate the problem, without success. So I'd conclude that you either did one of the isolation steps incorrectly, or you've got some weird low probability problem. One thing I can think of is to use a double female rj45 coupler to add the working premade cable to each end of the cable that doesn't work, to look for a connector compatibility issue.

Not sure what you mean in step 3.
Did you put a working camera in place of the non-working camera? If so did the new camera work?

recheck that you have pins 3 and 6 split correctly.
A cheap tester will show all cores are correct when they are not, you should be working to 568B standand.

Also check that the cameras rj45 socket pins are not bent up
