So I had cleaned up some files. After I did so I now see this at the bottom of BI.. any suggestions as to what it is and what it mean? It is displayed in the red.. TIA

what do you mean cleaning up ?
delete and rebuild the BI database.
do a complete reboot of the BI PC.
provide a screen shot of the status (three bars) clip storage
