    Lucky bum! I bought a house in 2019 and got a 3.3% loan which I'm totally ok with but would have liked to refi for a lower one. Right when my house had enough equity to get rid of my PMI the rates shot through the roof.

    When this camera is mounted on the wall can the camera be positioned to 0? I only see manufacturers info showing these cameras mounted on a ceiling.

    You can avoid a lot of false alerts because you can pick what kind of object you want to track. For example I get a lot of false alerts from shadows and tree movement. I have Blue Iris to only alert me when people are in a certain area..

    Once set up that Rainmachine is nice. If it sees a ton of rain coming your way it will skip watering. I've had one for almost three years and not much to complain about.
