    I use a patch panel (faceplates/keystones end up being more expensive and more work if you are running from a spool). For my cameras, I have the numbers clockwise around the house. Port 1 is cam 1, port 2 is cam 2 etc..

    I think you'd have to make the cameras IP's static. Because your camera POE switch below the second NIC, there is no DHCP server (like your router) to assign the IP addresses to the camera. Bit more info about setting it up here...
