    You have to turn that black base so the opening is pointing the way you want to point the camera Then it will point any direction 90 degrees (well maybe 85 due to the hood) And loosen the big ass nut to twist the camera on its center

    Yep ,it will turn left if you loosen the two screws I showed un the pics I posted on the back of the camera arm. You have to remove it from the junction box

    Nope. May be an APP version issue. Same result. I get horrible feedback/echo on both from the phone app but no sound out of the speaker

    Can not log into camera with my laptop on one out of five Empire Tech cameras?

    I have PTZs that require 2 attempts to reach the login page from the IE button. 1st attempt ALWAYS times out goes to white screen. Now I just click the IE button, immediately close the popup window and do it again. 2nd click always works
