    yeah we live in JAX and not a lot of land but its full of critters. We get a lot of cats, rats/mice, raccoons and possums in the garden... Persimmons have been turning ripe the last few weeks and possums and rats are taking more than their fair share lol

    ok, just a note ahead of video. Possum is still alive and thieving nightly lol. My wife is getting frustrated with the local possums raiding her persimmon trees nightly so has started getting up early to try to break up their routine lol.

    Starlink train in polar orbit from July 22, 2022 launch.

    I have never even heard of this... though I know about Starlink sats...never knew they deployed and looked like this. I have to say it would probably freak me out seeing that at night...I would start watching the neighbors to see if they had become pod people.....

    just wanted to give an update on this doorbell. Its been a little over two months and I am pretty happy with it. I am using DSS app on my phone and I have dedicated Ipad on magnetic mount in the living room that I use for it as well. I think I need to figure out how to tweak the video still...

    Yeah 5449 was the first cam I ordered. I will agree about the fov. I have it mounted about 7-8 ft above my driveway ...it needs to be mounted higher. I ordered another 5442 to replace it and may try it elsewhere

    Do you actually need NetTime though? I see the option in all the camera setups to enable NTP server...

    Actually I exported my first clip ever today frim my new doorbell and posted because someone asked me to post a sample and I told him I didn't know if I didn't do it correctly because the clip quality didn't look as good as viewing in BI.....

    yes its both wifi and POE... I have it connected via POE though....I've never exported video yet...have to figure out how to do it lol
