    Right the firmware upgrade doesn't seem to be an option and this NVR won't show me the cameras either plugged into it, or if they're elsewhere on the LAN. Is there any other option I could try anyone please?

    192.168.0.127 That firmware you posted is a different date to the one i mentioned in the Dahua wiki so i'll carry on searching as I don't want to brick it.

    Yes dahua. One is DH-IPC-HDW3549H-AS-PV (tioc) the other is dahua but I cant remember but will check tomorrow

    Hi, My dahua NVR 4208 series 1 is saying that it can't contact my cameras due to the wrong credentials. I have tried what I thought would work to no avail. I have read I may need to reset the cameras but can't work out how to do that in the NVR interface. Any advice please?

    Thanks. I was never going to turn on upnp. Tbh I can't believe in this day and age upnp is even allowed. I was simply checking that the NVR can be on a different switch to the cameras and then still be "discovered" @Perimeter thank you for that, I didn't know of that model. I will look it up...
