    Just to clarify this is running on a Virtual Machine and you are viewing the BI desktop using a virtualized console window, is that correct! Have you tired looking at the videos using a web browser from a real PC using the UI3 web page?

    So what is the IP and subnet etc for your current network, you can get the info by running IPCONFIG in a terminal window(command Prompt), and what are you putting into the edit screen!

    Did you run the "General_ConfigTool" from EmpireTech, if so what IP does it show for the Dahua camera? The Config tool MUST be run to configure the camera or the camera will not be accessible!

    I suspect that it will not work with a PIN, you should set up a local admin account and stop using the stupid PIN login, you should be able to convert your PIN login to a local admin account!

    What is your current CPU utilization and how many cameras, perhaps you don't need the utility that I don't ever recall hearing about and I have been reading the post for many years? I do recall posts that suggest things that will help reduce the CPU utilization if it is quite high.

    What browser are you using? Have you tried a different browser program to see if it works any better? What is your network configuration? Are you using wireless to watch UI3? Are the cameras also wireless? Perhaps you are causing congestion on your wireless network with too much traffic?
