"Our" issue is just the gDMSS not getting any notification when someone rings at the VTO, so that we can reply to that person using the mobile. But if you try to access the VTO stream to see what happens on the camera, for example, it works ! -

VDP config tool is the one replacing the "old" config tool. It can be found in the Dahua Toolbox. -

FYI I just tested with another version of gDMSS (gDMSS lite V 3.51.001), and it is also not working. I will try to contact Dahua directly so see if I can have some news from there. -

Here some more update from my vendor when I asked where he got that Google changed his push services ... it looks like the statement is coming from Dahua themselves : Sorry this is Dahua's statement, honestly I also didnt see a major change, I only know that the api v2 is wind down, but really... -

Here is an update I just received from my vendor : "We received to many complaints already, hoping that they fix it asap. Sorry there is no workaround, have to wait, the chinese new year celebration is also not helping...." -

Melvin, why do you talk about IE ... we talk about MacOS here and IE is not in MacOS ... Albertolt, I just tried the "IE tab" and it works MORE or LESS .... it looks like an emulator in fact and I think all passes by a server at their side "translating" into IE. correct, same for me.IE and Mozilla on Windows computer is working. Safari or Mozilla on Mac is not allowing to see the WEB Interface of the VTO ... -

Guys are you really sure it works for opening the VTO2000 web interface ?? I tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox and they all open a gray window without any login / password window !! For Firefox all the Addons I can find are just allowing to open a link in IE when clicking on it. In Chrome I can... -

Hello there, Has anybody found the solution for being able to access web interface of Dahua Cameras (or in my case VTO2000) on a Mac ? I have a VTO2000 and trying to access its web interface I only see the "gray" window but the "Login / password" window prompt is missing ... Many thanks ! -

pfff I found it, set it and it was working ... but I see I have no notification anymore since a few days ... Is this still working for you ? in the P2P section of the VTO it says "On line", though ... but NO NOTIFICATIONS received when someone rings ... -

yes ... even try another browser or if still nor working another computer to access the VTO. I have already several times experienced a browser like if it was still recognizing the "old" (mean before FW upgrade) VTO instead of the VTO where the new firmware was installed ...
