    Riddle me this. What did I do?

    I use Google Remote Desktop. Took like 2 minutes to set up and works flawlessly, even from an iPad. Highly recommend and can’t believe it took me so long to do a Remote Desktop feature- so convenient.

    I have an Amcrest AD110 that has no subscription and records 24/7 to BI with normal video doorbell functionality through the Amcrest Smarthome app. The video quality is lacking as it’s 2MP on whatever crappy sensor, but the AD410 is 4mp and should function the same.

    Are there any camera options available in a 2MP 1/1.8 sensor size with IR? Wouldn’t those perform better in low light than the 5442 with 4MP at 1/1.8?

    @aadje93 What camera model are you referring to, the 2MP 1/1.8? I love my 5442’s, however my property is pretty dark and I think a 2MP on the same size sensor might be a better choice.

    So it was much better and didn’t notice much motion blur. May bump to 15 or 16 ms and see how that goes tonight unless anyone else has suggestions. Obviously darker cars have less contrast so harder to see.

    Thanks everyone. Going to see how this goes overnight 14ms 50 gamma 35 nr And yes that post light is ours and on, along with 2 carriage lights on the front of the house about 30-40 ft away (other two at driveway and not helpful).

    Not LPR, idea was to be able to better identify vehicles driving by and people on the sidewalk. Sorry, I wasn’t clear. Given the darkness I think I may need to move my identification goal back in the yard and closer to the camera.
