Actually, the nvr found the camera! But its way way down on the list past the 16th channel. I actually have an option to click on now. When I do so;it says for me to enter password for the camera, but I do not have the password for the camera, the admin password is not working. Anyone know... -

Delboy Thank you very much, I will try this. If anyone has anything else please chime in. I called hikvision and they sent me update software to install. They say to unplug every camera that isn't 5.3 and then download the software then reboot. -

I could have my wife take the cd that came with the camera and dowload stuff on a flash drive, and then we can bring flash drive home, and put it into nvr. I can get into the nvr and change the ip adress myself with no internet connection just using the mouse on the nvr. Would doing it that way... -

Not familiar with SADP, I have no internet conection here (mountains) , when I go to "camera setup" it dosent even see the camera like it does my 2332 cams. Its from china but it has English writing on it..... -

So my new 2cd2t32i8 finally got here from china and when I plug it into my nvr, the IR lights come on, on the cam, but no picture comes on. The nvr doesn't even recognize the cam? Its a brand new camera, so I don't know what's happening. Any advice is appreciated! -

Im no expert by any means, but I got the unbranded hikvision 16 channel nvr 7716 from nellys security, and it seems to be handling my 3mp cams very good. Pretty sure it will handle 4mp too. Check out nellys security as they have the specs on their page on it. As far as the audio goes im not... -

Another . Things are getting dangerous, ive chased him off twice with the shotgun, but he is not afraid. Highly exciting experience, the ultimate! chasing after an animal of this size isn't a good idea. That dawned on me later. I just cant bring myself to shoot him, to beautiful of an animal- awlectric

I have smart ir enabled, or mabey its the flux capacitor? Im at the age now where I try not letting the small things annoy. I can look past the small things because the 2332 cams have eceeded my expectations. Just kinda curious. And, it gives us all something to talk about! -

So when I turn on WDR all the way It does absolutly nothing! When i turn it off It looks the exact same as when it is off. Nothing lol I have really partly sunny days and sometimes its so bright the images are just white, but when I turn it on to get rid of the glare it still does... -

I went through a hell of a fiasco just recently trying to order a 2t32 i8 from Amazon in a 16mm lens. First they said it was all no problem everything is fine, they can get it etc, no pproblem! Then after 5 days they said no, they can't get now , so forget all about what they said before, lol... -

Been experimenting with different positions , ended up with this, ran it in the crack of the t1-11 siding. Need a chrome trim escutcheon tho!! They have expanding chrome trim escutcheon for 1/2 copper for plumbing, but the hole is too big. Repeat-the hole is too big. Need smaller diameter...- awlectric

Ive seen that! Impressive views. Just wondering if theres anything off the shelf " that isn't a ptz, mabey a little more redily available? Mabey the 14mm or 16mm may be good, no idea -
What would make a good spider-web removal tool?
I use that exact same thing I use for webs. Works great. Make sure you dont lie it down too long or it will deform the bristles. -

Woo hoo! Just caught a couple of suspicious dummies and caught there lic plate too! They saw the cam and it sure did change things, when they saw it! Im loving this!- awlectric

Razor---- I cant beleive it worked!I followed these settings ,, No more weird blinking! Ty very much everyone! I was going insane lol. Image is a little choppy but, oh whell. !!!
