    I set tight private policy and as far as I checked on youtube I cannot change this setting of displaying this video directly on other sites. Solution - right click on the box and copy the URL to a new tab. I will re-upload the video with changed settings soon.

    That's best case nayr, but I have 220v wire along lan wire, and I don't want to go for POE. I assume there is not standard PSU (220v -> 24v/12v/5v/) included right?

    Yup. Regarding the PIRs, I have pretty standard ones inside the house, but I just didn't want false alarms from outside PIRs so I went directly for highend PIRs. A cheap pair of shoes may only last 6 months ... I also have a big dog which was obviously additional reason to go for Rokonet. But...
