    I have my cameras hooked up to an NVR. Will this overlay work with an NVR? Not sure how this thing works. I am guessing it tweaks camera settings to add things to the overlay text which are normally hidden. Is that correct?

    Reset button on the cord? Is there a button near the network jack? I never noticed one before. The camera is back online now, it fixed itself, but it's clearly having some problems. I will try the factory reset next time it freaks out.

    I have an LTS 4MP camera at my front door set up to do line-crossing alarms, including emailing pictures. This is done via an LTS NVR. Today I started receiving the alarm emails without a picture attachment. My other cameras with similar setups still send pictures so it isn't an email issue...

    They were set on manual logins before, port 8000, LTS protocol. I re entered the data, no luck. Can't check with sadp yet, the cameras aren't directly accessible to my LAN.

    Anything is possible but it smells like a software problem. Both cameras worked perfectly for months, both stopped working after a NVR upgrade. I need to get a POE injector so I can talk to the cameras directly without dismounting them... Can't even reach them through the NVR port mapping...

    I contacted LTS tech support about this. Any way to get notified when there are new firmware releases? Nope. Any way to see what's in a new firmware release? Nope. And lastly, any way to know when the Gmail issue may be fixed? Nope. Disappointing that those are the official positions.

    After having tried it myself I believe you. Our Sendgrid setups were identical, and the NVRs' email config areas are as well. There's no reason his setup should have failed. This does not mean there isn't another SMTP provider that might work. After all, Gmail did until they pulled the plug.
