    It was with the new cable. I tried to view the camera using the POE injector earlier using the attic cable and it worked. I just didn't add it manually to the NVR at that time, just used internet browser to view it. So you are saying turn the NVR off for like 5 minutes, 15 minutes, etc.?

    Just did this. Changed the IP address on the camera to a manual IP address, and manually added it to the NVR and it shows up. But it is hooked into my router. So now how do I save that and get it hooked into the NVR? And if you mean ports as in the LAN POE ports on the NVR, yes, I have tried that.

    Yes, the cameras are all 5.3.3. For some strange reason, the one that was green is now showing up fine. But the other three aren't even seen by the NVR. Yes, I did play a little with them prior to hooking them up for the install.

    Tried to reset and same issues. How do you know if it is resetting. I tried holding it for 60 seconds, unplugging it holding reset and plugging back in for 15 seconds, etc, with nothing working.

    I asked Hikvison to check a serial number for me, and here is their response,

    Yea, they sort of have horrible customer service in my opinion. If an international camera was bought from a US company, the warranty and support should be available. Now with Amazon however, most of those sold are by third party sellers, which most are in China.
