I thought my problems with wonky PTZ actions were over. It is back now and I had this problem with a 59230. WTF is causing this? So annoying. Updated the firmware last week and tracking has been great but this is one thing that sucks. -

Here is another vid after trying focus limit at 10cm. Still slow as molasses. I count approx 5 seconds at that zoom level. After it zooms in more it is fast to focus. Maybe I will try to go larger for the target size and see. -

Wow! I am blown away with how well this camera works with the firmware update. The tracking is spot on and puts the 59230 to shame. Glad I purchased it. After using Wildcat1's pracrices, I couldn't ask for much more, especially at this price point. -

If you look again, you will see that the focus was spot on and then it goes out. It also does not focus on anything, nor the tree. I would expect it to choose something. I will try un-selecting the PFA and see. -
