Wobble would be narly with those for anything other than lighting. For super stable I would go with multiple 1-2" thread gal pipe with couplings, would be way easier to get a hold of. I might go with 2 poles each concreted and connect at the top with some 90s, or a tripod setup with those...- Frankydp

Encase you are still having these shudder problems. I would recommend using constant bitrate, then disabling IVS, and then disabling built in event/motion detection. How is your webUI experience? Are the web pages slow, or do saves take a long time? -

Seems to match a IPC-HDW4231EM-AS but not the IPC-HDW5231R-Z. Lux put me on the right path. Thanks. The 4231 is technically a Star Light camera. Nice to find a local distributor with the 4231 at a reasonable-ish price. -

As mentioned before PTZ has a truly narrow use case. In most cases it is cheaper to get multiple cameras and cover the area well with them. The primary use case for any PTZ is zooming re-actively. So unless you are covering something over 50m far and over 50m wide or have very limited...- Frankydp
