    Low Cost Outdoor Camera Pole?

Wobble would be narly with those for anything other than lighting. For super stable I would go with multiple 1-2" thread gal pipe with couplings, would be way easier to get a hold of. I might go with 2 poles each concreted and connect at the top with some 90s, or a tripod setup with those...

    Low Cost Outdoor Camera Pole?

I know its a little late, but you may consider telescoping flag poles. Not the best quality, but something along these lines. 20 Ft. Telescoping Flag Pole

    SD6AL230F-HNI laser light performance

EMPIRE had a couple of versions of the laser lit versions in the $1200 range. I have some use cases that include +750m unpowered and unlit areas, so these types of tools start to make since when you consider other options, such as solar+wireless, node based wired, or thermal. Doesn't take...

    Pixelated motion on IPC-HFW4431R-Z

Encase you are still having these shudder problems. I would recommend using constant bitrate, then disabling IVS, and then disabling built in event/motion detection. How is your webUI experience? Are the web pages slow, or do saves take a long time?

Yeah just a thought experiment. The 25x HNI looks to be F1.6 ~ F4.4. It will be interesting to see if that matters at night.

    Dahua Camera ID n24bg53i

I am shopping for some indoors, where i do not want to leave lights on. Really only posted because I was surprised to see a 42xx with only a 20% markup and a warranty stateside, these do look drop shipped though. You are certainly right on the max App. The progression is logarithmic, so that...

    Dahua Camera ID n24bg53i

Seems to match a IPC-HDW4231EM-AS but not the IPC-HDW5231R-Z. Lux put me on the right path. Thanks. The 4231 is technically a Star Light camera. Nice to find a local distributor with the 4231 at a reasonable-ish price.

    Dahua Camera ID n24bg53i

Dahua Technology Pro Series 2MP Outdoor Network Eyeball N24BG53I Can anyone ID this camera? The specs look very much like a star light, but the model and what not obviously do not match.

    Cheap PTZ recommendation please

As mentioned before PTZ has a truly narrow use case. In most cases it is cheaper to get multiple cameras and cover the area well with them. The primary use case for any PTZ is zooming re-actively. So unless you are covering something over 50m far and over 50m wide or have very limited...
