    Ok I upgrade thru the nvr with USB the only way. But I can't Default the camera. Do I have to default or is ok? It showing me the new firmware.

    I have like 7 of those cams. Now I start to replace with Dahua cams little by little. I got the lorex nvr and from there I can turn on or off and from the lorex app. But standalone idk. I would like to try and reflash with a different firmware.

    Thru the nvr have some basic settings. But thru explorer browser there is a lot of cool settings. The rest of my cameras are lorex, I want start with the 5241 and go from there into making a better camera system.
