i know it works, the only time i see the problem is when the ir cut is on for long period of time, like 48 hour weekend, and then on monday morning, it does not turn off.

Thank you, I wish i knew about that Virtual Host feature before I upgraded all the ipcams individually on another poe switch. I will check out that Day/Night setting next time the problem occurs, and see if I can change manually

so even with external power through 12v adapter after less than 30 seconds once the IR lamp turns on, the camera freezes. I tried resetting it twice and still has the issue.

Same length, but i also tried 1 foot, and 3 foot cable directly attached to nvr. I will try a 12v adapter to see.

I have it connected straight to hik e2 poe nvr, tried different ports and cables and still same result of losing data link.

I have 8 of these cams usa version factory installed with 5.3.0. And on one of the cams when the exir bulb turns on the data link js lost and does not reconnect to the nvr. Has anyone ever had this issue before?
