    IR reflection - foggy at night.

    Got a new DS-2CD2035-I mounted on the side of a plastic fascia. It goes very foggy when the IR comes on at dusk, I guess this is the IR reflection problem. Just wondering if anyone can advise what distance it needs to be away from adjacent surfaces to get rid of the problem?

    DS-2CD2032-I 2048*1536 not available

    I've got 2 of these cameras (from different suppliers). The one camera (Firmware Version V5.1.0 build 131202) is set to 2048*1536 However the other camera (Firmware Version V5.3.0 build 150327) does not have the ability to set to 2048*1536 only 1080 o r720. Any ideas appreciated?

    Replacement for DS-2CD2032-1?

    Which model is the nearest equivilant to the DS-2CD2032-1, I have 2 of these and need to add a third but not sure if it is the 35 or the 42 which replaces the 32 which doesn't seem to be available now. Also, if its allowed, where to buy from (UK btw)?

    ds-2CD2032-I running v5.1.0

    Just got one of these (chinese) from auction site. Seems ok wont connect to ezviz though. Anyway, firstly should I upgrade the fw and to what version? Can someone link me to a correct thread for this?

    firmware language mismatch question

    I've just acquired my second ds-2cd2032-i. It seems to be the chinese version running v5.2.0, all seemed to be ok, but I stupidly upgraded it to v5.3.0. Now it gives me 'firmware language mismatch' when I try to log on to it. Please can some kind person give me the simplest solution to this...
