Just installed 4.3.3.1 and I noticed that on one of my D2D rotated (in the camera firmware, resolution set to 1520 x 2688 in BI) cams, there are green flashing bars on the top and the bottom of the screen... only in the mobile client. Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for the responses. I found the option and it works. However, while it does remove the camera from the list in iOS, it remains in the All Camera view. If you click on it on this view, the app crashes. Anyone else experience this?

Have you found a way to not display the hidden cameras in the iOS app? I am using a similar setup with a hidden cam and I can still see it in iOS.

Maybe I am missing a simple option, but is there the ability to zoom in on the mask / hot spot screen or any way to fine tune the drawn masks? How is everyone out there masking diagonals on their cameras? I am staggering rectangles, as I do not have a steady hand for the brush. Any better...

The freezes were fixed for me by using the below settings. The trick is to not use the PROHD 1080P RTSP profile in the camera setup. See my setup below.

Amcrest support was generally unhelpful to me when troubleshooting. I do actually think it is a BI issue. The talk back feature works just fine through the Amcrest web browser, it is only in BI that it struggles. I think this issue with the alarms has the same root cause as the talk back...

Thanks. It only appears to happen when I have split view enabled on the iPad. After 1 or 2 connection attempts the list of cameras will not populate and I get an App Crash (event 1000) on the server. I tried installing the full version @Zorac but even after completing the install it says...

Thanks Zorac. Going to install and see if that resolves the issue. @atom... Do you connect to BI with an iPad? I have narrowed down the crashes to only when I connect via the iPad app. They started immediately after the upgrade.

I have turned off auto update and will download from the webpage and save each version in the future. Now I just need to track down the older version or resolve the crashing. Hopefully support will help.

Can anyone post a download link to the 4.2.6.8 update file? I had auto update on and am having crashing problems with 4.2.7.0.

This update has made BlueIris unusable for me. Every time I connect remotely it crashes. In event viewer it is an APPCRASH with event 1000 and code 0xc0000005. How do i downgrade to 4.2.6.8?

Thanks! I can confirm that when connected directly to the camera outside of BlueIris there is no freezing. Then when I checked the recording, there was a freeze of 7 seconds. The i-frame is set to the same as the FPS.
