Help DS-2CD2335 Turret Camera keep rebooting
I upgrade to firmware 5.4 from 5.3 and now the Camera keep rebooting non-stop well at least I think it is as the NVR keep detecting it but cant get access to it and I see the camera infra red light lit up for a while during booting, then disappear and then lit up again and the cycle continue... -

cant get event recording going
I am having trouble getting my NVR to start recording based on smart event line Line crossing and intrusion detection. The event does trigger correctly with email sent but it doesnt record anything I try all sort of setting and cant get it to record. I can get it record on motion detection... -

main steam live view black screen
I got DS-2CD2335-I hooked up to 7600 series NVR but my main stream sometimes gone black screen. I sometimes has to cycle and power off the NVR and Camera to get it to work again but the sub stream is fine, anyone know what is up? -

Configuration what and where
Hi I got a hikvision 8 port camera with 2 camera plug in you can configure identical setting in term of motion detection, email, ddns etc.. on the camera (via virtual interface) and on the NVR. I was just wonder if you have to configure both the NVR and the Camera settings to be the same? or... -

Hi I got a hkvision 8 port PoE NVR DS-7600 series if I plug the camera to one of the PoE port the NVR will pick it up but I want to place DS-2CD2432F-IW elsewhere in the house using wireless and a separate 12v power supply and I want to be able to add it to the NVR and manage it from the NVR...
