Hi, My friend has NVR5216-16P-4KS2E , all the cameras are connected and IDMSS IOS app has notifications enabled but he gets no notifications. How does one enable push notifications on mobile iOS app for any movements? I feel he is missing something very basic.

I believe I have setup IVS on Camera/Channel . If you observe the background windows it says Channel=D1 , D2,etc. I setup intrusion on the individual channels. Is there something more or different I need to do?
