IVS schedule not working

Hi guys,

i have setup IVS on my NVR and purposefully unchecked certain time slots in the Schedule setting to NOT receive any alerts during this time. However the DMSS alerting on the iPhone disregards this unchecks and keeps sending me multiple alert during the blacked out times.

how do I prevent IVS from sending alerts during the blacked out/unchecked schedule times?

You should set IVS rules on the camera itself, not the NVR. This goes for ALL settings except recording schedule.

Once you do that, reboot

I believe I have setup IVS on Camera/Channel . If you observe the background windows it says Channel=D1 , D2,etc. I setup intrusion on the individual channels.
Is there something more or different I need to do?

Im talking about physically logging into the actual camera itself. Not the NVR interface

Personally I prefer to record all events and change in DMSS when you want to receive notifications.
I record everything on ~20 cameras but I only subscribe to 3.
