    does the ALPR module work with gpus or is it still only cpus? I for the life of me can't get it to work with my gpu. It will say its running but i never "reads" any plates.

    That did not work for me but the command prompt solution i found further back did. looks to both be good now. Should i switch to yolov8 ? As always i appreciate the help.

    i was on the old version i have since upgraded to the new version. the lpr module functions fine on cpu. but not gpu. The yolo runs fine on the gpu. computer has a 8700k and a 2080ti in it.

    I have been putting off updating . I currently am 5.6.8.4 on bi and 1.6.8-Beta . I do have an LPR up and running pretty good for a while now . If i choose to update either/or do i have to make any changes if i want to keep using my current set up and plate recognizer?

    look into installing a test loop back adapter its built into windows and see if that's fixes the issue. "localhost" and no internet has been a bane of my existence recently at work with some software.

    Which one do you have? Does it have gps? Otherwise how is it gathering your speed data? . If you have an app maybe look there as if the camera doesn’t have gps it must be using an app or something.
