Calling PTZ presets on Annke NCPT500 from Blue Iris

Got this to work (for anyone else looking). First you'll need to do a few things: You'll need to do this via CURL, windows 10 and 11 have this build in, but if you're using an older version you'll need to download it You'll need to set the HikVision / Annke Camera's Web Authentication to...

UPDATED WITH SOLUTION 22/02/2024 - See post from that date for solution While I couldn't get Blue Iris' built in control's to work I was able to use them to call batch files I created which call the presets. The functionality is identical, but the way it works is different _ HI all Hoping...

Recalling PTZ presets on Annke NCPT500 using Blue Iris

HI all Hoping someone has a suggestion(s) of something else I can try. Blue Iris Timeline review, low FPS when used to be fine

Hi all I've been running Blue Iris for a while now with no issues but now one has recently arisen (not sure if I have inadvertently changed a setting or it was an upgrade issue) When reviewing all cameras in the timeline view the FPS is horrendous (probably about 1FPS - it looks like stop...

    5.5.8 - June 13, 2022 - Code Project’s SenseAI Version 1 - See V2 here https://ipcamtalk.com/threads/codeproject-ai-version-2-0.68030/

Thanks Mike Using that file and a few tests the times were in the 170-180ms range so a huge improvement over the >500ms most cameras took on 2.0.6. Not quite as good as 1.6.8.0 so far but that was only a handful of tests in light that is failing but not quite reduced enough for the cameras to...

Thanks Mike Will give it a go and report back :thumb: I added the change from DeepStack for completeness, as can be seen there is definitely the potential for SenseAI to go faster. Detection Times Number of samples DeepStack (ms) 1.6.8.0 (ms) 2.0.6 (ms) Note DeepStack...

Is anyone else getting significantly slower detection with 2.0.6 compared to 1.6.8.0? I'm running: An i5-11500 with 32Gb of RAM (no seperate graphics card) Windows and Blue Iris (program, database and alerts) running off a NVME SSD 5 x 4k camera's. Cameras 1-3 recording to a 6Tb WD purple and...

Combining alert data from 2 databases

I have 6 months of continuous and alerts recordings. The disks are about 2/3rds full. So I expect to get around 9 months of footage. I have 4 months without alerts and 2 months with. Therefore it'll be around July next year before the last alertless footage is written over. If it's a real pain...

Combining alert data from 2 databases

Hi I have a BI setup where the DB is stored on a small, dedicated, SSD and the video files are stored a WD purple drive (the whole drive contains just a huge 'new' folder, i do not use the 'stored' folder) The SSD failed recently and so I replaced this and regenerated the DB and have the video...

No image improvement, 1080p camera vs 4k

I believe your answer is in the question Your camera's were always 4k You changed your screen from 1080p to 4k When you zoom in you see no difference You 'should' see a difference when not zoomed in (taking into account everything said above) as you're seeing 8M pixels rather than 2M pixels...
