shouldn't it be set to how many cores you have? When set to 1, blueiris says it is using 80% when actually using 40% (with gui open) When I set it to 4, it is saying 17% which is about the CPU it uses without the GUI open.

don't use hotspot. That is completely separate to zones. I believe hotspot zone will trigger alert regardless.

Configure your cameras with a static IP address. And Don't fill in the gateway. Then their should be no internet access.

I have had issues with the database for 6+ months. I feel like it is getting better. Compacting the database fixes issue for me temporarily. My database is on SSD evo 950. Can't get much better.

I updated to 4.5.3.7 but got more issues. Takes ages to open the console, then when clicking on a video stream it crashes. Back to .2 for a few weeks. Not more instability until all these issues are resolved.

Looks interesting. I am after a doorbell with a traditional 'door bell ringer'. So at least when are home you get the traditional 'dong' chime when someone presses the doorbell. Any idea if you can attach old style bell to the GBF ?

Happened yesterday. Took cover off. Didn't fix it. I re-patched all the cables. And it come alive again. But outside started to cool down at that stage. Got some more hot days coming up so this will show if re-patching fixed it.
