Hi all. I have two 20x PTZ that got water in the connection. One will not power up at all. The other will power up, go through start up motions and then just sit there. Is there anyone in DFW that services IP Cameras?

Thanks...my use-case is phone based. The PTZ buttons are a little difficult to use on a large phone screen.

That’s looks like the MT to me. In the video that empty space next to the 3.5” drive caN hold another 3.5” drive. In my box, there is a welded/riveted piece of metal for the 2.5” drive that can’t be removed. If I could find the cage in that video it would fit my need. Attached is what my cage...
