It’s been quite a while since I tried it so maybe things have changed but to mismatch brands in the past I had to use onvif with cams on a switch instead of nvr.

Assign your nic a static ip in the same range, then change cam to your routers range; if cam is 192.168.0.64 make your nic .65 with 255.255.255.0 and no gateway.
As far as camera names goes I’ve noticed if you add site to DMSS before naming/renaming cameras to get them to update sometimes need to force close app, clear cache out of general settings or rarely, delete site and add again. Might be an iPhone vs android thing.
