O.K. - i got a way: I use Dreamweaver (FTP). I connected to the IP with user "root" and password "the normal admin password". Deactivate "passive FTP" and it works ;-) TELLO

Hi NG, after i was reading here how to fix the NAS problem, i started to get TelNet connection over Port 23. I have a PTZ K20 Hikvision China Cam. V5.0.2 build 140109 1. i don't have under System the TelNet activation in my admin! If i connect via Putty i get the message "Network error...

But i have to give the cam a special user, because of the limited share space of the NAS. I i do it your way, the cam admin calculate the whole space of the NAS and there are more user, so it will not work. Participation for the cam is not working on this NAS. So i what to send the cifs...

Craig, i understand now what you mean with the prefixes. I found some information that it is possible to send with the path password and user. But there are different ways to solve this and i don't get it to run. Can you look in to your cam admin > NAS and post the Server-Address and File Path...

Craig, i have the NAS button/rider. There i can put in the IP and the path. This is the NFS way. In my other cam´s with the Hikvision update it looks the same. But when i click there in tho put the IP address it opens a popdown menu where i can chose NSF or SMB/CIFS. And i need the SMB/CIFS...

Hi NG, sorry - im not so good in english. I try to connect NAS with the camera web software. If i connect NAS NFS and format, its showing me after the process the whole capacity of the NAS (7TB in my case) and normal. Later it goes back to capacity 0 and Uninitialized. I guess its a problem of...
