    This is gonna be expensive

The car gets looked at Thursday. They haven't gave me a date for the house yet but they did say they will go after him, his brother and his insurance.

    This is gonna be expensive

That's what I thought too since that's how my insurance is. Anyone can drive my car if I give them permission and be covered. Fred Loya (owners insurance) apparently has a specific policy that excludes everyone but the owner.

    This is gonna be expensive

The tires did squeal a few times in the garage. I was outside in 8 seconds so he wasn't gonna get very far.

    This is gonna be expensive

I'm sure it was intentional. I have cars all day long that turn the corner and stay on the gas for like 5-6 blocks. That gas station is the only one that sells 102 octane so we get lots of lead foots. The driver is the brother of the owner. The owner got a new truck and "gave" the car to his...

    This is gonna be expensive

Oh that was also the wall that had a shelf full of my old camera system. The cameras are still under the wall but I got the dvr lol

    This is gonna be expensive

Well this idiot made my garage a drive thru. He said the gas got stuck. I don't buy it. He is also uninsured so now I get to pay a car and a house deductible. Andy, thanks for the t180. It got the overview that i wanted.

2024 EmpireTech Thanksgiving Day Sales& Black Friday &Christmas Sales- Winter Sales

Do you have a ptz like the PTZ425DB-AT but with the 1 1/8 sensor and maybe a stronger processor? I need a ptz about that size with auto tracking. It seems to be just a little bit bigger than a t54 series with a junction box.

2024 EmpireTech Thanksgiving Day Sales& Black Friday &Christmas Sales- Winter Sales

This might be a dumb question but does this take up just 1 channel on a NVR? Also, can the Image settings be adjusted independently? I have a spot that has an extreme amount of blinding backlight. My other spot is would be perfect for this camera.

Is the PTZ425db-at the only mini PTZ you have? I can't put a big one up where I would like to.

    T58ir ze s3 image settings help-recommendations

Yeah I was messing around with that until the kids started bugging to use the pc. Apparently Minecraft is more important. I was getting some decent results except for some bad strobing/pulsing from the bright lights.

    T58ir ze s3 image settings help-recommendations

I try to catch both the Driveway and the station. WDR is bad. It didnt really do much but heres a pic with it set on 51. I can change the shutter from 0-8 to 1/60 and then its ok but that would cause motion blur right? Maybe I should swap it for one of the 54ir's.

    T58ir ze s3 image settings help-recommendations

I have a 54ir that I could swap there. I got a ZE, 2.8, 3.6 or a 6mm. I got the 58's of the refurbished page and they were too cheap to pass up. I bought all my cams from reading all the reviews, watching videos and seeing and those zoomed in grass pictures lol. when they got here i just...

    T58ir ze s3 image settings help-recommendations

Im still trying to figure out how to get a good picture on these. Im impressed by everyone who can zoom in on a blade of grass lol . Anyway, these are my night settings for tonight. The image actually looks ok but its extremly dark and if i change anything then the image gets way off. I have...

    T58ir ze s3 image settings help-recommendations

I have 2 t58ir ze s3's and I can't seem to get them dialed in that well. I can adjust shutter, gain, wdr and they still seem to either get washed out or just look off. I'll include a few pics of them. The one dark picture of the store is with these settings 1/60 shutter, 38 gain and contrast...

a few 5216 questions i need help with

Yeah its the old non EI version. I figured out how to block the camera view. I had to make a new account other than admin and then you can set what channels that account can view. If you logout of that account though it will default back to admin and all channels are back on live. time to...

acupick or IVS for the 58ir and 54ir

I finally got my T58IR ze s3 up and running. The camera works great and came with acupick turned on so i left it on and added the IVS rules for tripwire and intrusion. I left for a couple hours and came back to see that acupick had picked up 7,000 cars while i was gone lol. Is there a mass...

Would a T58IR work best here?

No. That's the next step. I wanted to get some nice clear videos from Andy's cams and apparently a 2 camera solution to the original problem.

Would a T58IR work best here?

I tried. They came and put those traffic counters out but that doesn't help with wrecks and people not paying attention. My main issue is that whole side of the house is bedrooms and there's a wreck at the very least once a month. More like twice a month. They stay in the street most of the...

Would a T58IR work best here?

That's a good Pic too. Is it that one specifically setup for plates at night or do it have profiles that can swap to daytime
  26. C

Would a T58IR work best here?

Yeah, that should work great! It looks good
  27. C

Would a T58IR work best here?

Yeah I've been over that part of it too. I've had many people knock on the door wanting to know if I have the video to whatever wreck they were in. It's only given to the parties involved or the police. They have solved a ton of otherwise probably unsolvable cases. even being just 1080 cams...

Would a T58IR work best here?

I've bookmarked the "general starting setting" I've found on here but I'm sure I'll be back with a ton of questions when I finally get them up and going.
  29. C

Would a T58IR work best here?

I have another camera that faces the other way. Going with the lights kinda and a doorbell cam that gets the truck pretty good. At 1am they finally turn them off and it gets pretty dark. For every camera pointed one way there's another going the opposite direction in most spots.
  30. C

Would a T58IR work best here?

Yeah, that's my plan when my budget allows for an extra camera there. Heres my night time shots. Remember this is a old 1080p system with hardly any adjustments lol. I get blinded by those floodlights across the street.
