Same here :-( Can't find any way to reset the password. For some reason, I can still access the video feed from Hik-Connect and on the indoor station, and I can unlock the gate from both the indoor station and Hik-Connect, but the doorbell cannot be used, as it fails to connect. :-(

I see. Still requires a wall socket though, so you'll have cables running over the wall. I managed to take the power from the lightswitch below the indoor station on the same wall, so run the wires behind the plasterboard.

@etcha From iVMS, in Device Management, you can open the settings of the device by clicking the cogwheel at the end of the device line. In the settings, go to System Maintenance. In the System Management section, click the Restore All button.

I'm planning to install separate motion sensors as well, to control both light, and to trigger an alarm for the camera's. Seems much more reliable than the pixel-based motion detection, as well as the pixel-based line-crossing.

Just request an order cancellation, then they will suddenly work very fast. Was my experience at least. Still, I really cancelled it, because I ordered something different in the meantime already. But when I requested the cancellation, all of a sudden, they were ready for shipment the next day.

I have cancelled mine, as it took my seller far too long to respond to questions, and too long to ship. Ordered some Dahua IPC-HFW4431M-I2 camera's instead. But I'm still curious about the experiences of Q2U :)

I recently ordered 2 pcs of the LBL90S500, so very similar, just slightly different housing. Haven't received them yet (not even dispatched yet), so cannot judge them. Hoping for a good IR performance as well.
