Just so I am clear...we are talking about the "Web server - Advanced" window right? In that window I've clicked on the configure button and tried settings all the way down to 128 kbps. No effect I'm afraid.

I'm using chrome and it works silky smooth with my other 2 installs, so I know that's working. And yes, it does the same thing on the Mobile App. If I click on an alert, it just continuously shows the spinning progress wheel, and never displays anything. I can get back to the main "Cameras"...
