It works nice ! In Smart PSS counting, what is "live" count (other than enter and exit) ?

People Counting -> rule type= In Area No. I suppose it is intended for counting the number of persons inside drawn area per unit of time. Once area is drawn and saved , I can't get "in Area no." rule to choose from in REPORT section , just People Counting rule. Is it right or a bug ?

Just playing with HFW5442E-ZE people counting feature, very nice. I thought the report export was of some sort of data, while actually just a graph image is exported... Any way to get numerical data export ?

Honestly... despite 8003 is a good product, i recently tried the Fanvil i62 model (for those who like to play with SIP devices) It's another story... no ivms-only configuration (good old browser config), no "new firmware" that fix a thing and breaks two like 8003...

Firmware updated, so password reset OK with tftp method on NVR too (usb to serial TTL adapter needed). I saved 90€ and learned something more today.

I was just able to reset cameras with tftp firmware update. Let's see with NVR update, via serial commands....

I think Hikvision has a very poor customer care dealing , despite being one of most important worldwide security devices company. Also manuals are poorly maintained and updated with firmware changes and descriptions are often vague. It seems as a sleeping giant doing what he wants to do... And...

What's the progress in using standard SIP ?? I would like to use 8003 and 6320 but both in standard SIp mode registered as FrePBX extensions, then 6320 being part of ring group with other SIP devices. I found this quite old doc...
