I'm attempting to control my HIK PTZ using Hik-Connect and I'm now receiving a Operating Failed Message: Code 380459. I can control the PTZ using the web interface but with the App I receive this error message. Any suggestions on resolving this issue?

Hello all, I have a HIK NVR DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P with several Dahua IPC's. Does anyone know what NVR software i should download to use the AI features on the NVR?

I recently purchased two Dahua IPC and connected them to my BI setup. Once I sync the IPC and save it displays the correct time on my Blue Iris monitor. Approximately 30 minutes later the time adjusts one earlier. Can someone please assist with resolving this issue ? Thank you.

I'm running 10 HIK IPC's on a 16 Channel HIK POE NVR. Do you have any suggestions on a 16 Chanel POE Switch for my system? Is it possible to run two separate 8 Channel POE Switches connected to one (1) NVR?
