Are the cameras interchangeable with each system? IE: Dahua cameras on Hikvision NVR or Hikvision cameras on Dahua NVR? I just bought a Hikvision 7616Ni 16 channel POE NVR but it is absolutely horrible so I will be changing it for a different model

i played with noise reduction and ive played with shutter, and it ghosts very bad still. any suggestions on a good 16 channel nvr that can support up to 4k? (4k is not a necessity)
