Anyone else have this issue?
Playing back a clip on my mobile device leaves the picture very "blocky" and cannot make out the persons face.
I've confirmed this on two separate BI boxes I manage.
I just moved BI to a new machine. I imported the settings from the other machine. Now all the sudden my ALERT images are not showing in the mobile app.
I removed everything in the db folder and let it recreate the files. Still nothing . Any ideas?
I did some searching but did not find the responses I was looking for

-Export Settings from old machine
-Install BI on new machine
-Import Settings on new machine

Sorry if I am beating a dead horse, but what are you guys using to compile a time lapse video out of 5,000 jpg's ? roughly 8gb
i had BI post jpgs to a folder every 15sec.

Anyone else seeing Ghosted motion on BI 4.3.8.0?
I have LTS cameras using 15fps with Iframe of 15. Seems like this has only happened since new version.
So with the latest update I see they have introduced Support Plans. Running V4 for roughly a year now, it looks like my support will run out in a few days. So this means the software will not update anymore?

How would you add a Geovision GV-SD200-S18x to Blue Iris? I am having a hard time getting this to connect in. Ken had me try a few things but I still keep getting a RTSP: 404 stream not found.
