i am trying to setup my dahua cameras into tinycam, that seems to be working fine as tinycam is finding the rtsp streams. But the live views, i am only getting 2-5 fps , and every 10 seconds or so, it goes down to 0 and theres no image.

whats the correct rtsp stream for a hdw4431c-a? i am trying to load rtsp://admin:pass@192.168.1.108:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0?tcp into vlc, but the login window keeps popping up. I am using the same l/p to login to the hdw4431c-a

I am looking for a nvr for my 2 dahua Starlight cams. I see advice about using external Poe, and advices with built in Poe. Whats the difference? I would say built in Poe is much easier and less cable?
