Did you get the most up to date Reolink desktop app?
For me, I did this: get to settings, then Network, then Advanced, then Server Settings, then click to enable either HTTP or HTTPS, RTMP, ONVIF, etc.
I did the upgrade and for some reason the web portal page won't load now. I can only manage the camera through the windows app or the phone app.
EDIT: I figured it out. I had clicked the reset camera during upgrade and for some reason the default settings under "Server" are to not allow the web...
Anyone tried the new firmware that came out on 2/29/24? Download Center – Reolink

I was able to duplicate what you are seeing only from the web interface for the camera. Doing this from the Reolink app doesn't appear to change the BI stream.
My guess is that the Reolink camera doesn't have enough hardware to stream 4 simultaneous feeds.
I would try different numbers in the...
Mine is wall mounted, so I don't have that option in the Reolink app.
Are you saying that if you change the setting from the Reolink webUI it is changing the image served to BI? Interesting and will pay attention to see if you figure it out.
I would play with channel in the stream profiles to...
After having some reasonable success with my Reolink POE doorbell and 2 of the Reolink Duo 2 POE cameras in Blue Iris, I decided to try out the new $110 Reolink 6MP 360° fisheye camera for an interior front door camera to catch who answers the front door, who is outside the front door when open...
I think most here are hooking the reolink up to an NVR and not using the Reolink app.
Heck, I have never used the doorbell app to answer the door. I get up...and you know...go to the door to answer it. If I'm not home, I don't answer the door, like how you used to not answer the door when not home.
Yep, that did it.

Allow all traffic on 32168...the TPU started popping off analyzing images instantly. Nice!
FInally got CodeProject to work with my dual Coral TPU m.2 card, but it is in a different PC than my current BI machine.
I am trying to link my BI to this separate PC and for some reason it can't connect to the codeproject ai instance.
The IP address is 192.168.1.87 at the standard port...
Not sure that is typically done although it may be feasible. You can probably get a BI basic PC for <$150 and then just VPN into it if you need to review footage remotely.
I am using RTSP. After I went back to firmware version v3.0.0.1859_23030902, my timeline is clean, without any drop-outs.
Can't remember why I upgraded. Don't fix things when they aren't broken.
Most recent firmware has created 2 different instances of ONVIF failures that cause BI to stop getting any signal. I did an update without reset to factory defaults, it had the issue, then I completely reset to factory defaults and it still faulted out.
The motion events are still being...
Doorbell went offline in BI again this morning at 6:30AM. I am doing a factory reset this time (like recommended by Reolink) to see if these random drop-outs of the RTSP feed keep happening.
Once again, the app and directly logging into the camera showed it was still online fine, but the RTSP...
Everything was fine today. I did have to reboot yesterday (not factory reset) to get it to show back up in BI. I will monitor for the next week and report back if any more disconnects on new firmware.
Interesting issue today after firmware upgrade. The camera went offline via BI this morning about 12 hours after update and didn't come back online until I rebooted the camera. Then it came right back up.
I have never had to do that previously with the previous, as purchased, firmware...
Ok, to preface this I would say the doorbell camera is working exactly as expected. Every time I open UI3, or BI, or the HomeKit Secure Video (via Scrypted) video feed, the thing just shows up in high quality with audio as you would expect. I only peep my log to compare against what David is...
If they sold extra chimes, I would be game to try this, but I don't believe they are available yet. I'm not ripping into mine just yet. Although I already have doorbell press popping up on any Apple TV that is on and announcing on Alexa devices throughout the house.
IMO, use what works. It's funny that I have been using RTSP since I received this and just checked again. The stats page shows 4 signal losses over 3500 motion events, not sure when the last time I reset it was.
Here's to hoping they are working on the fixed frame rate fix firmware, so we can...
I have it programmed as a binary device with RTL-433. It works.
