safe to say issue with Chrome. since switching to FF it hasn't happened a single time. it would have happened at least 20 times by now on Chrome :encouragement:

only time I've seen it happen the warning box popped up at bottom right corner saying UI2 has detected that your session has expired and then it just forwards me to that

yo bp!! any idea what would cause the entire page to error out and basically just load up a single jpg all of a sudden??? basically we'll just have the live view up and leave and come back a few hours later and the url will now be /image/index?time=1455059664370 without us doing or touching...

sup dudes! I have 64 of these cameras up right now and I'm trying to change the FPS to 12. I do that, it saves, but then when I check back in the settings a few hours later it goes right back to 30 FPS. I've changed this about 10 times now on all cameras individually and it's driving me fucking...

what can cause there to be 30 clips for a single day for a camera that was set at 8 hr / 4 gb ??? maybe it's just bugged on this system :weird:

yeah I don't get it either... it doesn't seem like it's combining them all correctly

I previously had it at 8 hours and 4 gb and that wasn't enough apparently so gonna try 24 hours / 30 gb. I don't mind larger files on this particular system unless that will cause other BI issues?

so it's okay to do for example 24 hour for that?

this particular server is a 32 core Xeon. CPU stays at around 10% under max load. OS and programs and the DB run off an SSD, everything else goes to a 48 TB raid10 array. I believe the issue is because there are about 800,000 clips....

I'm still getting a really laggy GUI on a few of my systems I believe because of having so many clips... would it be okay to change the combine clip length from 8 hours to like 24 hours???

okay when I disable the framerate boost it will reconnect... but if I have the mjpg stuff enabled it does not

pull up a live stream, then disable your NIC for 10 seconds and then re-enable. same error with broken image and it never "reconnects"

oh, and one of the cases I guess is where the internet goes out at either location for a brief moment... like no more than 10 seconds... console says POST http://205.255.255.2:81/json net::ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE it never reconnects

we're still getting cases where live view stops and it's just a broken image... I can't pinpoint the cause.... can you explain the logic / js to me or kinda point me in the right direction? maybe looking at your code might help us solve this

Hello! I have an 8 hour clip and I need to trim just about 30 minutes of it.... how do I do that??? the blue iris website says you can mark start and end to trim and export that but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to....

ohhhhh, I moved the clip DB to the raid array and off the OS / SSD drive... I'll move that back ASAP lol. thanks!! yeah, we're on latest BI!!
