No they are fine. Camera boots fine with PoE. Last result would be to remove a Ethernet cable from other camera and try it.

I dont think this answer is quite accurate. If you use ePOE switch with LR1002-1ET/LR1002-1EC and RG-59 cable you can achieve long distance with POE camera.

My Sub Stream 1 is 352*288 res, 5 FPS and 160 Max Bit Rate and still no go. Looks like VPN just not transferring any data and TinyCam Pro without VPN (just forwarded port) works.

But I can see the feed with forwarded port.
