Makes sense. I just took AVG off the server and went from 70s to occasional high 90s to 50s....

I wouldn't figure that the sub-streams affect BI's performance, as BI is not using them for anything. Am I wrong about this?

Tuned it today per this. Direct to disk writing. I have an Intel GPU but BI says I can't use hardware acceleration with some of the cheap No-Name-O cameras I have on the system. More cams coming next week....
