Try masking just the tree or the porch light and see if that makes a difference. It should be off to the side enough that your camera would still trigger if a legitimate person was standing at the door.

If you restarted your BI computer and accidentally forgot to turn back on AI Tools for about a day ... do you go through and delete the day's worth of images put into the aiinput folder or is AI Tools smart enough to ignore images that were already in the folder?

Do you have the API key entered into Deep Stack? I believe when I was having problems with the key I was getting 403 errors. If you browse to your Deep Stack instance via a web browser, does it show the installation as activated with a key?

Nothing is glaring me in the eye on the settings -- every thing seems to be right. What if you move the sensitivity sliders all the way to the left?

Just wanted to reiterate -- if you see that you're having high CPU utilization after doing this, try disabling your clone cameras to see what your CPU looks like. If it goes down, delete the clone cameras and start over. Holy moly what a difference that made for me! My Dell Optiplex i7-6700...

Can you see the output/log of the deepstack docker container? How fast is the deepstack response time? In AI Tool's settings, tell it to log everything. Then do a couple tests walking in front of the camera and check the log. Do you have anything in your log file showing it trying to send the...

AI Tools monitors every picture going into the input folder that you selected in the settings tab, so if an alert picture goes in there and doesn't have a camera assigned then it will error out. I was getting that error when I had created a clone camera writing alert images to the aiinput folder...

hahaha my cameras are mounted up by the gutters in my 2 story colonial aimed down at the backyard. Always picks up my dogs as birds - but at least it picks them up as something! lol

Native windows app - it was my #1 goal. My R510 server just didn't jive with having DeepStack as docker and the requests were averaging 2-3 seconds but easily could get to 5-6 if the server was getting taxed.

Finally got a separate, dedicated Blue Iris computer that won't be sharing resources with a bunch of other services. Dell Optiplex with i7-6700 3.4ghz with 16GB of ram running Windows 10 pro. Granted I haven't fully turned on Blue Iris yet so the only thing running right now is DeepStack and...

Can anyone elaborate on the URL for getting the memo into BI console? I used this URL but I'm getting literally '[summary]' showing up in the BI Console.

There's definitely something unstable/missing with DeepStack's installation for Windows -- I don't know if there's a DLL that's not included with DeepStack's installation or what. When I google'd the specific pyd file that was erroring out (tensorflow) I found other posts un-related to DeepStack...

That only hides it in the actual BI program, but if webcasting is still enabled then it won't hide it in the UI3 web interface.

Edit: Figured it out - I disabled the webcasting and now it's not showing up in UI3.

Next question - in the instructions it says if you check the checkbox for "Hidden" that it will hide the camera from the UI3 interface, but that's not happening for me? My hidden camera is still showing up in my UI3 interface. Is there an additional flag I have to set somewhere to hide hidden...

I'm running everything on a Dell R510 with dual L5640 2.26ghz and 32GB of ram, the virtual ubuntu machine running docker I put to 10GB for memory and 12 virtual CPUs.

Thanks! Finally have it really working good for triggering the camera and it capturing the activity on the main stream. Very exciting to finally have true motion alerts instead of the wind blowing in the trees!
