    Ok, so I got the cameras to work in BI by changing the way they're added in BI. After changing the stream from MxPEG + Audio to D14, BI now records, but sound doesn't work. It seems BI doesn't properly support the MxPEG format.

    I added an HIK camera, and the HIK camera works as expected, so I think it's the cameras themselves. But on the drop down for selecting the camera make and model Mobotix is selectable, so IDK.

    Mobotix, multiple models, but one example is a Mobotix c26. It uses MxPEG to record, I believe.

    Yes, permissions are set for everyone to be able to modify the folders and the internal contents of the folders. Nothing is being written to disk, both read and write show 0 KBps.

    I changed the values, repaired the database, and then restarted the server. The issue still persists. Done.

    You are correct, it's just a standard spinning disk, I confused it with something else. The folders in the D drive have been properly made, and there aren't any weird permissions that would stop BI from writing to the folders.

    I set one of the cameras to record continuously and that didn't help.

    I set the pre trigger buffer to 10 seconds and nothing has changed. I also repaired the database and that didn't do anything either. Setting the camera to record continuously also does nothing. Done

    Yes I have, I have noticed that for some reason only the first group I make seems to work. Also, if I delete and recreate the account, the cameras show again, until I assign a group to that user, then only that group will work, even if I remove the group restriction later.

    Both groups are configured the same. For some reason only two of the cameras are available in the web interface, none of the others show up, is there an option that could be causing the other cameras to not show up?

    This happens on both the mobile app and the web interface. I created the groups a few months ago, everything was working properly until a few days ago. I've rebooted the server multiple times.

    Hi, I have a BI server which has worked fine until about 3 days ago. When logging in remotely either in the WAN or LAN side, I can only see 2 cameras out of 22 that I have. I haven't changed any configuration settings, and BI is updated to the latest version, what could be causing this?
