When you back up a global blue iris file...what exactly is it called and where is it stored? I could have swore I backed up one after my last catastrophe, but I can't find it. Thanks in adavnced.

Does anyone know what would make this happen out of nowhere? It happened at 11am this morning and all 11 of my other cameras work just fine. This is a SD49225T-HN PTZ and I have tried to restart the camera through BI and nothing. I also tried to go to the actual IP address and that didn't work...

Is anyone else having CPU usage troubles after this newest update? In Blue Iris it says it is maxed out, but in the task Manger it is normal usage. Even though the task manager shows it as normal usage the Entire Computer is acting as the openness fully maxed as in the mouse skipping can't bring...

dang, my SD49225T-HN must not be able to track. I got as far as the Parameter Set up when I noticed it didn't say track.

Here is an alert that just happened and it's blank on the app.

I recently downloaded the new update (4.7.6.5 x64) and ever since June 24th, all of my alerts are sped up super fast. I have changed no settings whatsoever and my June 23rd and prior alerts playback at normal speed. This goes for all cameras which is leading me to believe it is a global issue...

Ironically, I haven't gotten a single error since I posted my question yesterday. I know it is going overboard, but I use this computer as my main entertainment hub for my household. I actually have another 32 gigs of ram to to put in it, can't beat being given free RAM!

I know this thread is old, but Is what fixed my issue. I was entering my DDNS host name in the 'Remote, external (WAN/Internet) access' field. I put the 'Local, internal (LAN) access' information in the Remote field and my BI app worked. Thanks @fenderman

From what I have read, it isn't so much that they want to watch your garden grow, but they want to use the weak security in the cameras and get into your network using the backdoor in them. I will use Blue Iris. I am also using OpenVPN on my router and I have OpenVPN set up with Tasker...
