So... all I did was to adjust my power settings on BI machine to never shut off monitor and NO MORE TEARING!!! Asked a few of my "pets " to be my test subjects and walk in front of cam for me. Thanks againg @looney2ns !

Todays test and resolution was done with cam back on BI also so not separated from my system whatsoever.

What worked for me was to use mi BI machine, which is on the same lan as all my other machines. Makes no sense to me either but thats what worked.
