Thanks...The enable web server port WAS checked..although I never went through the setup. I have unchecked that box. Any other locations within BI to check ? No port forwarding rules on router.

Thanks Fenderman!! Switched from Dahua 5 to Dahua 4 setting...that worked!! Camera is: PTZ1A225U-IRA-N 2MP 25x Starlight IR Network Positioning System

migration from 4 to 5 seems to have gone smoothly, except the PTZ functionality is not working on that particular camera. Am I missing a something in setup that didn't transfer? I've tried disabling and re-enabling..turning settings off and back on.
